My New Obsession
This year I got a great Christmas gift, it is a book called The Bread Baker's Apprentice. I am going to be learning a lot about baking bread, but part of that has translated immediately into cooking one of my favorite foods. I made some homemade dough, used half and put half in the fridge. It is actually a technique to put dough in the fridge and give the flavors more time to develop. Well, here you will see the pizza I made with the dough from 3 days in the fridge, can't really let it go past 3 days. I found the dough harder to shape, but the flavor was great!
