This Morning's Experiment


Smalls loves cinnamon rolls and is always wanting to make them when we wake up.  Most of the time, we just make them on Saturdays, but nonetheless I was getting quite tired of the same old cinnamon rolls. So last night I decided to make my own.  I am a sucker for Cinnabon rolls, so I tried to recreate them.  I made the dough last night night, since it required two hours to ferment, then I punched it down and put it in the fridge over night.  I woke up this morning and rolled out the dough, added the rest of the ingredients and heated up the icing I made the night before.  I  then shaped and cut the dough, baked, and iced.  They turned out quite nice I must say.  Perhaps I will post this recipe sometime.
